I am so thrilled to get started on this project and am incredibly impressed by Carole’s kindness and customer service as she updated me promptly when it would ship and if I had any questions to reach out to her. Shipping was very fast and she included photos she printed of close-ups of some of the detailed work from a finished stocking. Who Pays for the Customs and . VAT on European orders?
All taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient as the seller does not control, nor will they have access to this information until the order arrives in the receivers country.
How the Shop Handles Returns and Cancellations
Unless the buyer has reached out in the specified 3 days of receiving the item in Conversation to request the cancellation/return, and the seller has responded in conversation with the agreement to return the order any returned shipment is non refundable including those that were refused by recipient either at their physical address or in customs.
