Melanie was great! I emailed her and asked if she could make me 4 coasters that were going to be a gift. The locations I wanted were places my friend had lived. She sent me drafts to review and then sent me photos of the final product before she sent them. They looked great and my friend appreciated the thoughtful gift. The coasters made a great gift and I would order them again from Melanie in the future.

Melanie went above and beyond to assist me with creating my custom map coasters - especially since I wanted 4 very specific locations but also wanted the maps to have a "vintage" high-quality look. The end product was AMAZING and made the perfect gift for someone special. Melanie was so helpful in providing me with proposed pictures of maps using my tentative locations and she spent a lot of time adjusting the maps to my specifications before I even decided to purchase the coasters. As soon as I did order them, she promptly had them made and shipped via priority mail so they only took a day or so to arrive at my home. The coasters are beautiful and I plan to order from Melanie again because her customer service was so outstanding and these coasters are an incredibly unique and customizable gift!
