She is a true artist because when I was describing what I was looking for she asked me for the picture of my dress to see what the inspiration was. It was absolutely beautiful and unique and I received many compliments on it the day of the wedding. Caroline worked tirelessly to make it exactly how I wanted, sending numerous photos of her progress, and different options, and she was so charming and fun to talk with too. What a great experience! Her prices are extremely reasonable. Prior to finding Caroline on etsy, I spent weeks searching for something I liked for a hair accessory and wasn't able to find what I wanted for under $600. For less than $200 (including shipping from the UK) I was able to get exactly what I wanted, with a level of service that is unheard of! Thank you so much Caroline-you're the best!!!!

I obtain a proof of purchase for every item sent and I photograph the parcel before I send it and send that to the buyer.
As expected I do not know how long a parcel will take if it is sent internationally.

I do not give refunds for lost packages in the mail. I make sure the packages are safely delivered to the Post Office. Once there, they are the responsibility of the postal system. I keep all postal receipts, and will provide you with a copy upon request as proof I mailed it to you.
