All shipping is USPS First Class. If you need Priority Shipping or Next Day Shipping, we'd be happy to upgrade for an additional fee. Once we ship out your package, we will notify you with a tracking number.

If we have already shipped the product, we are not responsible for shipping errors based on insufficient or incorrect shipping information. In the event of an error, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the item as well as the price of shipping. ***
Refunds and Exchanges
We have a 30 day return period effective after you receive your order. If any item is defective, we'll be glad to replace it at no charge.

If you would like to change the length of an item you have already received, please send us back the item in its original packaging and we will send you a new one as soon as we receive it. Please note however, that we are not responsible for shipping costs incurred in exchanging a bracelet for a new size.

All customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.

We cannot provide refunds for any custom orders placed due to the fact that we cannot reuse the material.


Shipping will only be refunded if there is a defect with the product or due to an error on our part. If you decide to return a product because you do not like it, we will refund the full price of the product, but not shipping.

Q. Can you make custom color bracelets?
A. Of course! We can make them in any color combination you'd like. Choose 1-4 favorite colors and message us. There is a color chart featured with each item that may help you decide which colors to choose. If you don't see a color you want in the color chart, just let us know in the notes section and we can include them for you.

Q. How can I order a different size than what I see?
A. If you need a different length, we are happy to measure it accordingly for you. Just let us know in the notes section when you purchase the item, and we will make the jewelry to your specifications.

Q. Can you ship to _______?
A. We can ship to anywhere in the world. Shipping prices vary by location; if your destination isn't listed, please contact us and we will provide you with the price for shipping.

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. We send out your order as soon as possible, and always send notification via Etsy when your package is shipped.

Q. Are there discounts on bulk orders?
A. Yes! 5 orders or more will receive 15% discount, while 10 orders or more will receive 20% discount. There is no discount for the price of shipping in bulk. Note: If our products are bought to be resold at a retail store, we reserve the right to determine the prices for our products.

Q. What kind of materials do you use for your jewelry?
A. We use a high-quality aluminum as the base metal and then electroplate it with a gold or silver finish. By using this process, we are ensuring that it never chips or becomes discolored.

Q. What kind of environment are your items made in?
A. All of our products are made in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. We also do our best to conserve resources by providing eco-friendly packaging.
