Carol Sapp Watercolors

What do you want to be when you grow up? I'm exactly what I wanted to be: a wife, a mom, a teacher and an artist. How lucky is that! I'm so happy to have found my place on Etsy and be able to share my love of watercolors. My daughter is my shop partner, providing us with beautiful photographs and pastel paintings. We're having fun watching our work go out into the world as far away as Australia, Europe, the British Isles, The Netherlands and across the US and Canada.
Photos from our travels and paintings are listed on a regular basis, so we hope you return to our shop to see what's new.

Shop policies

Welcome to our Etsy shop! I'm Carol & I love to paint, especially flowers. I'm always adding something new. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

I paint my originals with only professional grade materials. My paints are Winsor Newton, Sennelier and Daniel Smith. My paper is Arches, made in France.

Amanda's beautiful photography is professionally printed on quality paper. Amanda is an architect and she really has an eye for beauty and form. Her pastels are a beautiful addition to the shop.

Our giclee (zhee-klay) prints are produced on an 8-color professional Canon printer, using archival Arches paper and ChromaLife inks (long-life lightfastness when displayed under glass away from sunlight or intense lighting). The colors are vibrant and the details are clear. The prints are museum quality. The prints fit into standard size mats and frames, with a few exceptions.
5" x 7" prints : 8" x 10" mat and frame
8" x 10" prints : 11" x 14" mat and frame
11" x14" prints: 16" x 20" mat and frame

Take care with your purchase:
Art work, especially on paper, is fragile. We recommend acid free or archival matting, framing with UV protected glass and hanging away from direct sunlight and moisture.
