Greetings Textile Enthusiasts! Thank you for shopping in my store!
When an item is purchased, payment is expected in a timely fashion. Direct Checkout, Paypal, check, money order, or cash if you live nearby, are all welcome. Regardless of the payment method, items will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
Unfortunately, due to the weight of most of my items, I cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii, or anywhere outside of the lower 48 states. For those within my shipping area, unless you have been told otherwise, you can expect your item to be shipped within 3-5 business days, and it will be shipped via UPS ground with adequate insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your item, you may return the item. You must notify me within 48 hours of receipt of your intent to return the item, and it must be shipped back at your expense during that time. A refund of the purchase price will be made as soon as the item is received, provided that it is in the same condition that it was in when sent. Thank you!

Please note that everything I sell is handmade, and therefore, imperfect. I make every effort to describe all imperfections, flaws, or condition issues, so please read descriptions carefully and ask questions if you have any. In general, the rug measurements that are given do not include any fringe or tassles. I use a scale of Poor - Fair - Good - Very Good - Excellent to rate the condition of my rugs with Poor being used to describe a rug that is has some holes and is probably best for repurposing, and Excellent being like-new or showroom quality.
