Buyer was very adamant about having the keychain in a style that permitted less security for the keychain. When she contacted me, she provided the picture above, saying it fell apart when she put it on her keychain. While I don't even know how it was possible for it to have happened, I offered for her to send it back, and I would fix it for free, in the typical style I make keychains. Instead of responding, the buyer left this review. When I asked what was wrong with the offer, she said that she didn't have time to do that because it was for her sister. She never mentioned it was a time sensitive order before this, and never explained why she would be adding her sisters present to her set of keys.

The quality of their work is incredible and I’ve never been happier to wear a Pokemon on my wrist, seeing Chikorita smiling at me always makes me smile back :) I’m about to make my second purchase and I think you should make your first if you want beautiful wearable art!
