The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
• CANCELLATIONS - 6 HOURS after transaction •
You may cancel an order within 6 HOURS of the transaction for a full refund if you change your mind.

After 6 HOURS a restocking fee of 10% of the subtotal will be withheld from of the refund if I have already started making your order. This fee covers the materials that have been used.

If the order has already shipped before a cancellation request, a return will be needed before a refund can be processed. Buyer is responsible for return shipping in this case.

Contact me within 5 DAYS of receiving if there is an issue with an item.

Please contact me first if there is an issue with an item within 5 DAYS of delivery.
Returned item must ship within 7 DAYS of delivery.
You may reuse the mailer that your item was shipped in and remove or cover any existing labels.

Please include a photograph of the damage or complaint.
Photos can be attached to Etsy messages using the "attach image" link on the message page.
A photo alone may allow for refund without return, so please, if possible include a photo of the damage.

Shipping costs accrued on orders are not refundable.
Returned item must ship within 7 DAYS of submitting return request.
If return is required for faulty item, the SHOP OWNER will pay return postage.
If return is required for reason of change of mind, the BUYER will pay return postage.

I do not refund without the return of the product. The product must be in original condition. Refunds will be initiated once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Normal wear and tear on items is not refundable. This includes, but not limited to, bends, folds, scuffs, rubbed off images over repeated use.

"As-Is", "Oops", and personalized and custom items are non-returnable.

Digital file or instant download transactions are non-returnable and non-refundable.


If your package is undeliverable and returned to me there are 2 options for proceeding. You can do one of the following:
1. Request a refund. I do not refund shipping charges on returned packages and charge a 10% restocking fee for materials used.
2. Purchase postage for shipment to the correct shipping address. I will reship your order upon both the receipt of payment and when the returned shipment has been received by me.
Payment is required at the time of purchase via Etsy direct checkout or PayPal.

New York customers - 8% sales tax is added to New York state orders.

Payment is required in full before custom work on an item begins. Proof approval is necessary for custom order production to start. Custom orders can take up to 7 days to make depending on the work involved.

If I do not receive required information or files for custom orders, I will attempt to contact you. I will refund and cancel the transaction after 7 days if there are no replies.

** VERY IMPORTANT for PayPal Orders **
Paypal & Etsy shipping addresses must match on PayPal paid orders. Please make sure your Etsy and PayPal shipping addresses are correct. I will not ship an order if the Etsy and PayPal shipping addresses differ and will need to cancel the order and ask that you place it again once the addresses match.

I ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) first class mail.

Priority mail and priority mail express upgrades are available to add to domestic orders at checkout. Details are as follows:

Priority mail upgrade - Packages are generally delivered in 2-3 business days depending on location (processing times still apply). The delivery dates are estimates and this services is not guaranteed by the USPS.

Express mail upgrade - Packages are generally delivered in 1-2 business days depending on location (processing times still apply). The USPS does guaranteed this service and will refund if the package doesn't deliver on delivery date.

(Please note - Shipping upgrades do not make orders rush orders. They still take time to make. Please take note of the current processing time when ordering.)

LOCAL PICKUP - I do not offer local pickup at this time.

Orders are shipped USPS First Class International with u-pic insurance. At minimum, international packages take 10-14 days to arrive, but please be aware that international shipments can take up to 8 weeks, and sometimes even longer, to arrive due to customs processing.

Shipping upgrades - please contact me if you are looking to upgrade your shipping. I will need to review the shipping costs to your country with the United States Postal Service.

I reserve the right to cancel a sale if your country forbids items purchased from being shipped to you country. Here is a list of restrictions by country:

I will not mark any packages as "gift", so please don't ask. Falsifying a federal document is illegal.

Duties and custom fees that may incur are the buyer's responsibility. Please be aware of any importing fees your country may charge prior to purchasing.
Additional policies and FAQs

COLOR CHANGES - I am able to change colors on most of the designs in my shop. I can also extract a color from a sample you provide. Please contact me with your request.

CUSTOM DESIGNS - Please contact me with your idea before purchasing a listing. Allow up to 48 hours to receive a proof of your custom files. Please watch your messages and inbox. I will not start production until I have proof approval. If I don't hear back I will attempt to contact a second time. If I don't hear back within 14 days of this second attempt, I will refund and cancel your order.

You may cancel a custom order within 24 hours of transaction. After 24 hours I have already started work on your order. Custom design orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

$5 custom design fee for designs that DO NOT require editing.
$10 custom design fee for designs that DO require editing.
(Custom design fees do not apply to personalized/custom listings already for sale in my shop)

I can offer wholesale pricing for resale. I require a minimum of 10 sets. Please contact me with your request for more details and a quote.
