I am thrilled to offer custom embroidery designs! Digitizing is my "Happy Place" and am always looking for something new. Because of this, you will see a variety of designs in my shop.
Service for me doesn't stop with your purchase. Customer service is very important to me, a bit old fashioned but true. I stand behind the quality of my designs.
I hate jump stitches and trimming as much as you do, so I take extra time to carefully digitize for minimum jumps trims.

Frequently asked questions
I cannot open the file with my PES Software
This is a common issue many people have had mainly with PES files.
There are different versions of *.PES files and some older software cannot open and read versions above 6.0. While I have adjusted my methods of export, there may be some designs with the higher or lower versions in my shop.
To address this, open you embroidery software and go to file and then import design. Locate the file folder you extracted / unzipped after you downloaded your purchase and you will be presented with a selection of multiple machine formats. Choose any one you would like. From there you can save and export to your USB drive for use in your embroidery machine.

Does my purchase include all of the sizes in all format options?
Yes. All of my designs are separated in folders by size and include all machine formats noted in the listing description. If you need additional sizes or a different machine format, just send me a message and I will be happy to e-mail you the files.
