Returns and exchanges
Please email us at CartandCompany [!at] with any questions or concerns, so that we can assist you. If there was a mistake that happened between the purchase of your item or it's arrival or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase - let us know! We are happy to offer an exchange, repair or replacement within 14 days of shipping.

If you need to return your item, please do so in a padded evelope.

When returning your package, please include the following:
1. Unworn/unused item(s) in its original condition
2. A copy of the original invoice
3. Reason for your exchange

Overall we want to make our customers happy, so don't hesitate to email us - whether it's for good or bad feedback!
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Many of our items are made-to-order, so we will begin production once we receive payment.
Your item(s) will ship within 5 business days from your purchase/payment date. If you want a rush order, just contact us and we'll do what we can. Please keep in mind that most items are made-to-order.

Please make sure you let us know if you would like us to ship to an address other than the one you list when you're checking out through Etsy. Please make sure the your preferred address is up-to-date!

We cannot be responsible for buyers' errors, e.g. if your item is shipped to your previous Paypal address or other invalid address on file in your Paypal account.

We ship USPS First Class. If you would like expedited shipping (Priority or Overnight), please let us know and we will change your invoice. If you have any other questions regarding shipping or shipping vendors (UPS, Fedex, DHL), please email us so that we can accomadate your needs. Once your purchase leaves our studio, we are no longer responsible for their arrival. But our goal is making our customers happy, so please let us know if you don't receive your items.

We do ship internationally, but the tracking capabilities past the US border is difficult, so it may take 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive. Email us for more details if you are outside the United States. There may be an additional fee required if you want to track your package.
