Buyer to pay return shipping charges unless the item was damaged during shipping in which case a replacement will be sent to you or your money refunded. The only items I will not refund are the berry wreaths if they were outside, uncovered in moisture. All of the berry listings include the warning to not have them in direct moisture.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside of the United States)
International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

All of our items are shipped out safe and secure either by Fed-ex Ground. All shipments are secured and wrapped up safely to prevent shifting and damages during transport. Shipments are shipped out within 1-2 days once payment has cleared as all of our items are made when ordered. Shipping through Fed-ex or USPS can take 2-7 days to arrive depending on your location.

Items purchased on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be shipped out until Monday morning.

Tracking numbers are provided to all customers via convo the day the item(s) are shipped.

If you would like insurance please let me know and we can add that to the final shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to get the most out of your floral arrangement or wreath, it is best to keep silk floral out of direct weather conditions. Silk floral can stand up in direct elements but have a shorter life span. Berry wreaths should not be in direct weather especially rain as the material can get damaged.
