Total production time for PRINTED CARDS/PRODUCTS is generally about two weeks total for proofing/production/shipping.

1 out of 5 starsHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered the return address label stamp and on the day it was suppose to ship the status was still not shipped so I messaged her and never got a reply. The next day I messaged her and still no reply. I messaged her for almost 2 weeks every single day and I never got a response. Since the status was still not shipped and I already paid for it, I had to open a case with Etsy and she had one week to reply to me- still nothing. I then escalated the case through Etsy and she had one week to prove she sent out my stamp. I still never heard back from her so Etsy had to file me a full refund and she never said anything. I was so excited to get my stamp for my save the dates for my wedding. I ended up having to buy off Amazon and I got it in 2 days. Product was awesome and it was cheaper.

2 out of 5 starsDespite the fact that I really like the design of the card, the customer service was not the best. I purchased the design and waited for a message to tell me where to send the picture. I had to message the seller eventually. After that, she did not receive the picture so three days later, I messaged her again. The print turned out blurry so I sent her another email to see if she could fix the issue but never heard back.
