PAYMENTS:

We accept Paypal only at this time.
Shipping
SHIPPING TIME:

All in stock orders ship within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified in advance. Out of stock items will usually ship within 7-10 business days.

SHIPPING METHOD:

We use USPS Priority Mail and Flat Rate, or UPS, which ever is most cost effective. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Orders are shipped to your Etsy shipping address unless specified in advance.

INSURANCE:

Please let us know, in advance if you would like to purchase shipping insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
CANDLES:

We will gladly accept returns and provide you a refund (less shipping) for any candle products within two weeks of the purchase date. Item(s) must be returned in good re-sellable condition.

PERFUME & BODY CARE:

Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to provide refunds for any perfume or body care products as they cannot be resold/reused once they leave our studio. If you receive a product that is damaged, please let us know and we would be happy to resolve the issue for you.

Above all, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will work with you to remedy the problem.
