Please contact us with any concerns or questions *before* you leave feedback here on Etsy, so that we can have an opportunity to assist you and correct any issues or problems.

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their items and their shopping experience, and are always willing to work with our customers should any questions or problems arise.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We can offer exchange, repair, or replacement within 14 days of shipping at our discretion. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges related to any any exchange, repair, or replacement.

We prefer payment via PayPal. With a valid credit or debit card, you can use PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

In special circumstances, we can accommodate Amazon payments. Please convo us prior to purchase if you would like to pay using Amazon payments.

We expect that you will pay for your item(s) at time of purchase.

State sales tax will be added to orders being shipped to Virginia residents.

Items are securely packaged, and typically ship within 48 hours of purchase via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.

If you require expedited shipping, we are happy to make alternative arrangements whenever possible to meet your needs. Just contact us prior to purchase with your request.

If you would like your shipment insured, please contact us prior to purchase and we will adjust your shipping cost appropriately. If you do not ask for insurance for your package, then once the items leave our studio, we are no longer responsible for ensuring their safe arrival, and are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the shipping process.

Please note that we often can ship within 24 hours if you so require. Just contact us if immediate shipping is required, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Additional shipping charges will apply to orders shipped via expedited shipping methods such as Priority Mail or FedEx.

** Please make sure your preferred shipping address is correct. I am not responsible for buyers' errors (e.g., if your item is shipped to an old Paypal address or other invalid address on file in your Paypal or Etsy account).
