    Returns and exchange details
    All sales are final and returns, exchanges or refunds are not given as most of our work is made to order and customized. We take great care in creating your items and pride ourselves on producing work that is excellent and unique from all others.

    Vintage items all have their character marks from age, which is part of what makes them unique. They have been photographed and described to the best of my ability so please check out the description and pictures well before purchase.
    Payment
    Immediate payment is required please. Our production time for most Made to Order items is approximately 10 business days before shipping once payment is received.

    We now accept payment through Direct Checkout, Paypal and we accept Etsy Cards. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal. You can also use a debit or credit card through Paypal. Please let me know if you have any questions.
    Shipping
    Shipping combines automatically at checkout when you purchase more than one item at the same time from CastawaysHall. You pay the shipping amount for the largest item in your order and then a lower amount for each additional item.

    Shipping amounts are already discounted and we pay any extra shipping amounts ourselves at the time of shipping.

    I am also happy to ship internationally (outside of Canada or US). Just convo me before purchasing and I will give you a quote.

    Items will be shipped via Expedited Delivery, Small Packets, Fedex, DHL Ground, etc. depending on the size of the item.

    You are responsible for any duties/import taxes that may be required by your country.

    Great care is taken in sending your purchase out to you, but we are not responsible for damaged or lost items through shipping. All items are insured
