We appreciate immediate payment where possible. If you need to make other arrangements please get in touch within 3 days.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Most items will ship within 3 days by airmail (3-10 days transit time). However large, heavy or fragile items may take up to 5 days to ship and be sent by surface mail (14-30 days transit time).

Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. If your etsy and PayPal shipping addresses don't match, please let us know which address to ship to.

Shipping is available to all countries. If yours is not listed please get in touch and we will make arrangements for you.

Insurance, parcel tracking and express delivery are available by request but will incur additional charges. Insurance is strongly recommended for large or framed artworks.

Unframed artworks are shipped layered between acid free paper and protective cardboard. Framed artworks are shipped in picture boxes with bubble wrap and foam protective layers and have packaging costs included in their higher shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
While every effort is made to ensure pictures and descriptions are as accurate as possible we cannot guarantee that items will be an exact colour or size. If you have any concerns or queries please get in touch prior to purchasing.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we will try to resolve the issue.

Vintage items by nature are fragile and may have signs of wear, every effort is made to include any flaws in the item description but we cannot offer refunds for these items and recommend purchasing insurance if you are concerned about damage in transit.

We love our artworks and make every effort to ensure they arrive in the same condition that we send them however due to their fragile nature (especially large and framed works) there is a risk of damage in transit. We strongly recommend you have insurance when purchasing artworks. We will happily try to repair any works which are damaged in transit however additional shipping charges will apply.

Exchanges are available on clothing items but all shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
