Cathie's Potters Life
My parents met in art school and I grew up in an environment that encouraged & nurtured creativity. My senior year of high school they bought me a used potter’s wheel for Christmas (I still have that wheel!) and a seed was planted.
I was a painting major in college & have worked in stained glass studios and as a free lance artist throughout my adult life. It took me awhile to find my way back to clay but when I did, it felt like finding an old friend! In 2005 I opened the doors to Homeport Pottery and have enjoyed every minute of my new adventure since then!
You can find my work here on Etsy or visit my website to find galleries that carry my work & shows I'll be at.
