Thank you for stopping by and l hope you can find something in my shop that will fit your style and vision for your invites and paper collection for your special event.

I want to create something unique and exclusive that will reflect your event. My goal is that you are completely satisfied with your fine custom invitations and stationary. I hope you enjoy this design process.

Returns and exchanges
---------Cancellations, Refunds and Postponements
Due to the nature of the unique and custom design, Cathy Spee will retain the 50% deposit if the client should cancel this agreement before production begins. If the client chooses to cancel this agreement after production begins, Cathy Spee will retain the full amount of the contract. Postponement due to Acts of Nature, and act or order by any public authority, or any cause beyond the control of Cathy Spee or the Client will result in the rescheduling of the event, design and print deadlines (additional charges for work completed may apply). There are no refunds or returns of any kind.
Payment
---------For Invitations Suites
We require 50% deposit and 50% before we print. (If total is less than $400 the payment should be made in full)

Prices for the Invitation suites include:
Invite
Envelope with return address printed on the flap
Rsvp Combo (printed envelope)
1 Insert
Belly-band
Stuff of invitations (if desired)
Your choice of: color of cardstock, and text.
3 Rounds of digital proofs (PDFs will be e-mail to you)

There is a $20 fee if you decide to change the Ink, papers and font. We strongly suggest you to buy a sample before making your final order.
Please note that the price includes ONE side printing. Contact me for prices on double side printing items.

---------Proofs
After the deposit* we will work on customizing your invitation suite and we will e-mail you 3 rounds of proofs. You will be able to provide feedback and catch any mistakes. Please note that any mistake on our part will NOT count as a round. Any extra proofs will be $20 each.

Please proof carefully! It is always good to have two or three extra set of eyes proofing. Once you have given final approval of the design, all format, typesetting, spelling, punctuation and layout, we will create the final listing of the remaining 50%*.
If you should choose to reprint due to errors of any kind, the client will be 100% responsible of the reprint and production costs.

When I receive your 50%* balance payment and approval of proofs, the printing production will take place. Printing production will not begin until balance is paid in FULL.

*If total is less than $400 the payment should be made in full.

---------For paper Collections
All other items for your special event can be custom to coordinate your invitations. This process is usually not as long and 100% of the payment will be required before printing begins.

---------Turnarounds
For invitation suites the turnaround usually is 10 days from purchase and 5 from approval of proof.
If you would like to use our Digital Calligraphy Services please add an extra 2 days for printing production.

---------Florida taxes
Florida residents are subject to 6% tax

---------Quotes
We will honor all our quotes for 60 days.
Shipping
All our samples and orders are mailed USPS Priority mail unless otherwise noted.

Shipping price for every 75 simple suites or 35 booklets is $25.
Please note that our shipping is NOT insured. If you would like to insure it, please contact us for prices.

For all other orders please contact us.

Samples are sold as is on the listing. They will ship within 2-3 days after the purchase. All our samples are mailed USPS Priority mail.

Minimum order is 35 invitations.
The listing prices of the Designs are “AS IS”. Any variation or change of them will have additional fees.

---------Printing
All our printing is digital and is done in our studio, giving us the flexibility of time management of your order.
Gold and Silver foil are now available.

---------Paper and cardstock Weight
Most of our metallic cardstock is 100-107 lbs. and our Matte is 80 lbs.
Our Metallic and Matte paper is approx. 70lbs

---------Postage
Every Invitation suite is different. Most of our suites are 3oz. However we suggest taking your sample to the post office before buying your stamps.
