catmade accepts Paypal only. It is not necessary to have to have a Paypal account - you can use a debit or credit card through Paypal.
I promise to post all items as quickly as possible, and I will send you a message letting you know that your item is on it's way. All of my items are packaged with care.

customers from Germany, packages will arrive in 1 or 2 days.
International customers, your items could take between 5 - 21 days to arrive.
Overseas customers - every country is different, but please allow 3 weeks for your parcel to arrive. Please contact me if you are worried.
Refunds and Exchanges
If upon receiving your item you decide that it was not exactly what you want, let me know and you can send the item back to me. You will get your money back (exclude the shipping costs).

I will give a full refund or exchange if an item arrives to you damaged in the mail. I will need proof of the damage which you can provide by sending the damaged piece back to me.

If an item does not arrive, I will give proof of shipment by providing the receipt from the day I shipped the item. I am unable to be held responsible for items lost in transit. If this happens please contact me as soon as possible.
