☆ Orders will ship within one week from when they are placed, packed with love from Bethlehem, PA.
☆ For listings with multiple style options (such as pinback button styles), if you do not specify which options you would like to purchase, we will attempt to contact you twice. If no response is given, you will be sent random options. This excludes any Pride Puppies items.
☆ If a purchase is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrectly provided address, we can reship your item and will invoice you for the additional shipping. Orders are shipped to the address provided through Etsy Payments. Please make sure your Etsy shipping information (name and address) are correct before placing your order. If your address was correct but was undeliverable and you'd like us to resend it (either to the same address or an alternate address), we will split the shipping cost. For all other shipping issues, please contact us to discuss options.
☆ We generally do not provide refunds except in special cases. Feel free to reach out to us if you'd like to discuss. If you would like your order cancelled, please contact us within 24 hours after purchase.
☆ If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us asap with photos documenting the damage, and we can discuss next steps.
☆ If you need your order shipped to arrive by a certain date, please send us a direct message and we would be happy to discuss expediting your order, and/or discuss priority shipping methods. Please note that if you leave a comment with your order instead of messaging, we may not see it in time.
☆ Beginning July 1, we will be unable to ship orders to Germany until further notice due to new package rules. Please note, if you place an order shipping to Germany, we will be refunding and cancelling your order.
