Welcome! All of the vintage items I sell are genuine vintage NOT reproductions. My jewelry, miniatures and art pieces are created by me. ***All of my artwork is copyright protected, and may not be reproduced or reprinted without my sole permission.*** All items are created and/or stored in a smoke free environment, I do, however, have a cat.

NOT RECOMMENDED AS PLAYTHINGS: I sell vintage collectors' items and miniatures, many with small or sharp parts. My merchandise is not now intended nor recommended as playthings for children under the age of 13. These items are for display, not for play!!!!

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Returns will only be accepted for damaged or defective items, all sales are final so shop carefully. Remember to read the item description and/or contact me with any questions before making your purchase.
Payment
I accept: Paypal & Etsy Gift Cards

Payment is due when purchase is made. I am sorry, but at this time I cannot hold items for you.

Sales tax is added to all California Residents.

Any customs, duties or VAT charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping
I ship orders out in a timely manner, Monday - Friday.

USA Buyers:
Orders shipped in the USA is through the USPS using the most economical shipping option available. Depending on the size of the item, shipping will be by First Class or Priority Mail and will include a tracking number.

I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit unless a claim is submitted and approved by the USPS.

According to the USPS, Priority Mail now includes up to $50.00 in insurance coverage, at no additional charge, and should deliver your package to you in about three business days (excluding weekends).

See the USPS website for further details, as some exclusions apply. Most domestic buyers will likely fall into the parameters for insurance coverage and delivery time. But the USPS site can answer your questions better than I can.

Please keep in mind that national holidays will impact shipping times on domestic and international orders. Please order items well in advance of holidays (particularly Christmas) as cutting it too close (less than two weeks--just in the U.S.) could result in your item(s) not arriving in a timely manner.

International Buyers:
Calculated international shipping charges are available for each listing and are the most economical rates offered to your country from USPS. Please contact me for a quote on those shipping charges. If you choose to make a purchase a custom listing will be created for you in a timely manner.

I do fill out the proper customs forms on all International Mail. Please do not ask me to mark the purchase as a gift. Custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you refuse to pay for your customs fees and the package is returned to me or abandon by your customs office, I will not issue a refund. Custom charges are your responsibility.

I will not be responsible for lost or damaged International packages sent via First Class or Priority Mail. They are not tracked or insured, they are sent via buyers risk.

Shipping time could be delayed if Customs flags your item for inspection. I have no control over this, so please do not hold it against me when reviewing me as a seller.
