    Thank you for purchasing from Cats Eye Gems. Each piece is made with pride and I am confidant that it will withstand the trials of life. If, however, any part of the manufacture fails, within the first year, please just mail it back to me for a repair or exchange. Please include proof of purchase.
    Also, if the piece does not live up to your expectations, you can return it for a full refund (less shipping) or exchange. This must be within 3 days of receipt. Just send it back in its original condition and packing. The only exception to this are earrings - for health safety reasons, these are not returnable.

    Returns and exchanges
    If you decide against any item (except earrings - for health reasons)within 3 days of receipt - just mail it back, in its original condition and packing, for a full refund. If any manufactured part fails within the first year, it will be repaired at no charge. Again, just mail it back, with proof of purchase, and it will be repaired and returned within 7 days.
    Payment
    Cats Eye Gems takes PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Checks and Money Orders. Please allow 7 working days for checks to clear, before shipment. To pay by credit card, select the PayPal option and follow directions for credit card payments. A receipt will be emailed and mailed to you immediately.
    Shipping
    Everything, within the USA, is shipped Priority Mail which comes with a tracking number. This number will be emailed to you as soon as the item is shipped. If you would like additional insurance, please just email me and I will send you the rate. Overseas shipments are mailed with that countries equivalent of Priority Mail.
    You will receive a confirmation of the order immediately, by email. Another email will alert you the day the item is shipped. Most items ship within 2 days, unless otherwise notified.
    Each piece is packed in a small plastic bag, which inhibits tarnishing. The bag is then packed in a decorative box or velvet pouch - let me know which you prefer. This is then put in a strong brown envelope, or padded envelope for overseas shipping.
