Payment can be made in a variety of ways. I accept personal checks and money orders but I prefer PayPal. Payment is expected within 5 business days. Checks must clear before the item is shipped. I will be sure to let you know when your check has cleared and your item is on it's way. Coupons may not be coupled with other offers.

I ship via USPS to U.S. addresses, outside the U.S. please contact me for the most economical methods available. I am not responsible for any delays caused while in the clutches of the Post Office however should some catastrophe occur I will do my best to make it right. For some of my larger pieces we can discuss other shipping methods. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, since each order is made just for you. Possibly longer on custom work due to prototyping, patterning etc...

Don’t like what you've ordered or you want something different. No problem it’s returnable/exchangeable within 5 business days. Please return items as they were delivered with all the original packaging and I will exchange them or return your money which ever you prefer. Return shipping is your responsibility and items must be pre-approved for return by contacting me.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am always happy to take custom orders! Sometimes it's the only way I get to create new things. All my items are made carefully with safety my primary concern, but adequate supervision always should be exercised with my wood/leather weapons. My toy patterns are my livelihood, so please respect my work and not copy mine.
