Was shipped over really quick! I like the colors of the glaze. And the proportions of the bowl are perfect as the altar piece I am using it for.

OMG! I love this mug! It is the most fabulous coffee mug EVER! Beautifully made with lots of wonderful details! It arrived very quickly and was extremely well packaged. I couldn't be more pleased with this amazing coffee mug, and I definitely will be buying from MuertePottery again!
The reason for all this...
I was one of those kids who couldn't resist flipping the dead animal over with a stick to see what was underneath...then prying it's mouth open. I love Day of the Dead, thunderstorms, anatomy, vibrant colors, nature, and the satisfying weight of a well-made ceramic mug in my hand. So here it is, everything I love rolled into one brilliant craft. I throw each piece on my pottery wheel, then hand paint details and decorate for hours in my tiny pottery nook in the corner of my sun room. I fire them in my garage kiln. There are five feral kids running around that same sun room, three are mine, two I watch for the extra excitement. I found my happy place.

I was a homeschooled farm girl who loved nature and wild animals. I went to college and fell in love with a man who also loved nature wild animals. Now we have three little kids who run around in nature like wild animals and we love it!
