This is a beautiful sandal, and the craftsmanship is quite fine. The customer service is excellent: my questions were very promptly answered, extra care was taken to ensure perfect fit, the shoes were quickly shipped, and my custom request was kindly accommodated. Exceptional quality in a carefully crafted, handmade shoe. Customer service is beyond exceptional. Also, the shoes from this craftsman are excellent for people with allergies to latex, glues, etc. as most designs are leather with leather sole/insole against the foot. I love them!
