Welcome. We just enjoy having you stop by out shop. Please take your shoes off and set a spell. Our philosophy is that creating beauty from the hands is a gift. It is our pleasure to share it with the world.
Payment
Our methods of payments is Money Order or Personal Check. However: you can call your order in to our office which is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. By phone we can accept Visa, Discover and Master Card. You will receive a confirmation number. Contact Carrol for more information. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Once you receive your product you will have 72 hours in which to contact me about your reason to cancel. You will then give me a chance to correct the problem with the item. At your expense you will re-ship the product back to my shop. Once I receive the it back in house I will email you to let you know that I have received it. When the corrections have been applied to the product i will send you another email to let you know. Then the item will be re-shiped back to you. You will email me to inform me that you have received such item. If at that time you are still not happy with the item after the corrections have been mad, then you will have 72 hours to return the item back to me at your own expense. I will return your money back to you. There is a 35% re-stocking fee that will be subtracted from your total purchase price. Shipping cost are not included.
Shipping
I ship in the United States only. All international customers will need to contact me about shipping cost. If you want to place insurance on your order please contact me. Also, if you want your item faster than the regular shipping time of 5 to 7 days, then you will need to contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
In order to receive a refund the item must be returned back to us the way it was shipped to you. Before shipping the item you will have to contact me with your request for a refund and why. You will then have 72 hours to re-ship the item back to us here in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This will be at your own expense. You will have to give me a chance to correct the error with the item you ordered. If you are still not happy once you receive your the item back, then you will have 72 hours to contact me. A refund will be submitted to our department. Within, one week you will receive your refund. There is a 35% re-stocking fee that will be subtracted from your purchase price of the item. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
