Announcement
Welcome! Each one of my stoneware, porcelain, and earthenware vessels and tiles are a unique reflection of the awe I have for the natural world.
I hand carve all of my pottery so no two designs are ever the same! I make the basic shapes of each piece in a variety of ways, using the potter's wheel, hand-building with slab construction, pinch, etc. The insides are glazed and the outsides are lusciously textured. Each pot is a pleasure to hold and a pleasure to behold!
All of my vessels are food, dishwasher, and microwave safe unless otherwise noted.
All of my tiles can be installed permanently, hung temporarily (slit on the back for nail or screw), or displayed in a stand. To be used as a coaster, attach felt pads to the bottom.
If you arrange to pick up any of your purchases in person, I will refund shipping.

5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love thus large tumbler! This is one of an array of tumblers I have purchased from this talented artist and it is delightfully creative. It is also fun to hold, has beautiful fire effects going on, is a very solid piece, plus it is delightfully large relative to the other tumblers I have purchased. Almost a soup tumbler, which is awesome. In general, I could not be more pleased! :)

5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love this wood fired tumbler. It is delightfully creative, has nice fire effects going on, is fun to hold and use, and in general, I could not be more pleased. Furthermore, the artist has been most helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Lastly, this is one of around five of these I have purchased from this talented artist, and they are all a delight!

5 out of 5 starsI love this wood-fire tumbler, as I have with several others I have purchased from this talented artist! It is stunning--the design, wood-fire, and glaze effects, and as I have done before, after I received this tumbler, and a stunning wood-fire bowl from this artist, I returned to her site again, and purchased another tumbler and bowl. O...and did I say these are a blast to use? They are REALLY fun to hold, plus I always have one on display now. Beautiful work, Cindy! :)

5 out of 5 starsI just received this bowl today, and absolutely love it! I even promptly wrote the artist with my compliments. For starters, it is an absolutely delightful design. I love the shape, the feet are just awesome, the fire effects are beyond awesome, and as I noted to the artist, the glaze effects on the inside---mostly green and red---are so stunning I could not/cannot believe it. That was not shown in the pictures at the site...was described but not shown...so wonderful surprise for me! I am so thrilled with this piece that it has promptly gone on display in a central location in my kitchen, where you can see its artful design and the fire/glaze effects inside. This is just a delightful work of art!

5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love this tumbler by this most talented artist! This is one of three I have gotten as I have become such a fan. I love the design, the feet, it is wonderful and fun to hold and use, the fire and glaze effects are awesome, and in general I am thrilled. Lastly, this item served as a gift, and was quite well received!

If you are located in Massachusetts you must pay sales tax. This will automatically be added to your purchase when checking out on Etsy.
What shipping carrier do you use? Do you have any discounts on shipping? What do shipping costs include? How are things packaged? Do you ship outside the US?
Items will typically be shipped through USPS, but I can also use FedEX or UPS. If you have a preference on one over the other, let me know in a message at checkout.
We discount when shipping multiple items at the same time to the same address. This discount is automatically reflected when adding items to your cart.
Shipping costs cover the cost of shipping which includes insurance, tracking, handling, and packaging materials.
Ceramic orders (pottery & tiles) are double boxed to help ensure that your order will not be damaged. They are placed in a box filled with packaging material, and then that box is placed in a bigger box with more packaging. I use recycled materials when possible.
I currently only ship to the US.

Please always double check that your shipping address is correct when purchasing online!
If you contact me to cancel your order before it is shipped, I can cancel and you can easily reorder with the correct address.

If your purchase is returned to me, I can refund you minus the shipping cost and you can decide to reorder with the correct address if you like.
What if what I ordered online is not what I expected? What if I don't like it and want to return for an exchange or refund?
I do my best to accurately depict and describe the tactile and unique handmade items I make. I understand that this is not the same as picking up and holding something in person.
I want you to enjoy what you buy, so if you are unhappy with the items that you receive, please use 'contact me' on the main shop page or email me within a week of receipt for an exchange or refund.
In this case the buyer is responsible for safe return of work and return shipping costs. Please return work using the same box and packing material that it was originally sent in to ensure a safe return and an exchange or refund to be made. Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. Items must be in their original condition.
What if I decide to return or exchange my purchase in person at King Richard's Faire or another venue?
If this item was purchased in person at King Richard's Faire or another venue, refunds or exchanges will only be accepted the same day as purchased, and only as long as the item is in the same condition and unused.
We are happy to hold your purchase until you're ready to leave to make sure it is not lost or broken.
What if my package is marked delivered, but I don't have it? What if my item(s) arrive broken?
Each package is sent with a tracking number. If tracking indicates a package was delivered, but you do not have your package, contact me no later than seven days after stated delivery date. Also contact your local post office (or UPS, or FedEx depending on shipping) to see if they have or can help locate your package.
I must be notified immediately regarding anything that is damaged in shipping so that a shipping insurance claim can be made.
