Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Payment is accepted thru Paypal and Credit card.
All items are shipped USPS and a tracking number is added for all orders.

Current Processing time is 3 to 5 business days on ready to ship items and up to 7 days for made to order items. Business days excludes weekends and US postal holidays.

If you would like my to add insurance or delivery confirmation to your package-please let me know prior to your purchase.

*IMPORTANT*: I am not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Once I mark the package as shipped any errors or problems are no longer in my hands it has been placed in the hands of the USPS. All Lost, Stolen or Returned packages are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not my fault or the reflection of my shop and all the hard work that is put into it.
