Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

If you do not receive your order after 30days, please contact us, we can resend the order or issue a full refund if the item is out of stock or you can choose to replace with other items.
Payment
Paypal is a very user friendly secure online payment. You may already have an account. If not, you don't need to sign up to use this service, and can pay directly through the site by credit card.

Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment received. Our orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) from Hong Kong. Please note that national holidays are excluded because the post office is closed and there will be no collection or delivery of mail.


We do not make money on shipping fees and we want to keep the shipping cost low for all of our customers. For this reason, we choose to ship all of our orders via Hong Kong Post regular airmail/stamp mail therefore tracking is not offered. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHIPPING TIME IS ONLY AND APPROXIMATE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SHIPPING TIME.



SHIPPING TIME APPROXIMATE:


For shipments to the US and Canada, the approximate shipping time is about 4-15 business days from the order's ship date under normal circumstances. Please note that shipments to a remote area, PObox, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories will take more time.

For international shipments between 4-15 business days from the order's ship date for most European countries and Australia.

For other countries about 4-20 business days from the order's ship date.



SHIPPING UPGRADE:

Please contact us PRIOR your purchase if you want to get an upgrade to the shipping service. For priority shipping to USA is $30 which includes tracking + insurance and the approximate shipping time is 2-3 business days. For other countries, please contact us for the additional shipping charge. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHIPPING TIME IS ONLY AND APPROXIMATE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SHIPPING TIME.


WRONG/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:

All orders will be shipped to the ETSY address provided for the transaction, unless otherwise noted BEFORE the item is marked as shipped. We are not responsible for loses/ non- delivery due to buyer's providing wrong/incomplete address wrong, recipient not available or shipment to PObox. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

In case the shipment is sending back to us due to above reasons, we can resend the order if the buyer pays for the shipping fees to resend the order. Otherwise, we can make a partial refund to the buyer (shipping fee will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the total of the order).
