When will I receive my order?
All mailing are sent from Hong Kong. Delivery usually takes around 5-18 days to most countries. Occasionally it may take longer arriving time like 3-4 weeks due to aviation security measures, customs held up, extreme weather conditions, or during peak seasons.

Packages will only be considered lost after 10 weeks since the mailing date.

A faster mailing service by EMS (Express Mail Service) can be arranged. Delivery is about 3-7 business days. EMS Shipping cost (for package under 0.5kg):

Care instructions
Please store the accessories in airtight zipping bag when not in use, and away from direct sunlight. Exposing to open air for long period of time (months) will speed up the oxidation and cause tarnishing and blackening. Wearing it to shower or swimming is not recommended.
What is the return policy when the order was eligible for "free shipping"?
If buyer wants to return their unopened package, the cost of original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
