I can do more than what I feature in my Etsy shop. So, if there is something you want but don't see it, contact me. The whole point of having something custom and personalized is to have something that no one else has. Show your personality or give a unique gift! All sales are final UNLESS I personally made a mistake. I will exchange the item for the correct one.

Depending on the item, there are different care instructions. I've added the "tips" on each listing.
In general, I suggest not sleeping in the earrings, inserting them in jewelry cleaner, or pick at the monogram. Oils from our fingers may weaken the vinyl over time. So limit the amount of times you touch the monogram itself.

I ship all my earrings in plain white or brown paper boxes. I tie the box with a ribbon or use pretty washi tape to seal them. I never include any type of invoice, that information can be found in your recent order history on etsy. I always include a business card with every order.

I do offer an option to include a message from buyer for an additional fee. I will create a simple, small card with your message attached. This option can be found under Gift Wrap at checkout. Please feel free to leave me detailed instructions as to what you would like for it to say. You can also just tell me what the occasion is for and I'll make a card geared towards that ( graduation, birthday, anniversary, etc...).

Production for most of my items are 3-5 business days (M-F). This does Not include weekends and holidays. Sometimes I'm able to get orders out even sooner but expect your order to take up to 5 business days. I create items in the order they are placed. If you are on a time crunch, please message me before placing your order.

I ship all orders via First Class. First Class is 3-7 days but can be up to 10 days. I include tracking on all my orders.

I highly suggest tracking your package once you receive the tracking number from me. Go to the USPS website. From there, you can enter in your email and/or phone number to track your package. You can sign up for alerts. I do this with ALL my packages that I order from other places.

Please understand, I am not responsible for delayed packages. However, I will check into seeing what the hold up may be if the package hasn't moved for a few days. I will also expect you to do the same.

Express/overnight shipping is available. It starts at $25.00. Please contact me BEFORE purchasing. we'll need to go over details.

As long as the package hasn't already shipped, I can change the address for you! Unfortunately, if it's already shipped, I won't be able to make changes. If you have moved and have left a forwarding address with the post office, they will reroute it to you. If you don't have a forwarding address, the package should come back to me. Once I receive it, I'll ship it to your new address for a small fee of $4 to cover shipping (you may have qualified for free shipping on the initial shipment of your order. However, reshipping and returns are the responsibility of the buyer). You may also request a refund once I receive the item back due to wrong address if the item isn't personalized or custom made, minus $4 for initial shipping.

No. I do not include a receipt or packing slip in any orders. If you need to see the cost of an item or information, it can be found in your recent order history. To keep prices lower, I minimize any unnecessary materials during shipping. If you are sending an item as a gift, I do offer an option to send a handmade card with your purchase during checkout for an additional small fee. If you do not want to send a card but need the person to know who it's from, leave me the name of the sender in the comment section during checkout. I will personally handwrite the name of the sender on a simple card. Feel free to send me a message!
