Because all items are made to order, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please double check the details of your listing, as well as customer feedback, to ensure that you are going to be satisfied with your purchase.

If there is a mistake on my end, please let me know and I will replace the item free of charge.

I accept PayPal for purchases. PayPal payments are due within Seven (7) days or your order will be canceled. Immediate or same-day PayPal payments are extremely appreciated. If you think you might have a problem paying within my time frame, please contact me.

Items are only shipped upon confirmation of payment.

Please ensure that your mailing address on both Etsy and PayPal match. If they do not match, your shipment may be delayed until I can obtain the correct address from you.

Please indicate in a message with your order if you would like your package shipped to a different address.

SHIPPING TIME FRAME:

Production time ranges from 2 days to 3 weeks, dependent on quantity and whether custom paper needs to be ordered. Please contact me prior to your purchase and I can give you an exact time frame. Please let me know if the item needs to be rushed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

All packages are shipped First Class USPS. If you would like Delivery Confirmation or insurance, please let me know so that I can adjust the shipping fees accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. All duties and/or taxes incurred are the buyer's responsibility.

ALTERING SHIPPING OPTIONS:

If you want to alter your shipping options, please contact me so that I can set up a custom listing that reflects your preferred shipping method.

DAMAGED PACKAGES:

I will package it the very best way possible to avoid any possible damage during shipping. If you do receive a damaged package, please take a picture of the shipping container (box) as sent to you, as well as a picture of the damaged product. Please send me these pictures, as well an explanation of the damage. Upon receiving the information, I will determine how to best resolve the situation. I want you to be happy!

LOST PACKAGES:

Unfortunately, I cannot give refunds on lost packages. Pay Pal & Etsy's policy on lost orders states that I am not liable to refund or reship if I can prove that I shipped the item your item (i.e. have a receipt with the date & your zip code on it). You can purchase shipping insurance for your protection (please see below).

SHIPPING INSURANCE:

Insurance for your package is an additional charge. If you require insurance shipping, please let me know before you make your purchase so that I can adjust the price to reflect your preferred shipping options.
