We pride ourselves in great customer service and hope you will take the time to give us a good review and be a repeat customer. :) Our dresses are listed with measurements so be sure to check measurements BEFORE you make a purchase. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal payments. Keep in mind that you can use most major credit cards through PayPal!

Please kindly be aware that we are unable to issue cancellations once an order has been placed. We will not start working on your order or mail your order until your PayPal payment is received in our PayPal account.
Shipping
We only ship within the USA. Shipping costs and times are as stated on each listings page with Delivery Confirmation. We ship with USPS through Etsy.
Shipping time frames can change at any time depending on order volume, stock, or any other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays with the postal service.

We personally will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged or stolen packages unless the buyer chooses to include insurance and delivery confirmation at time of purchase. Please notify us first prior to ordering, so that I may include it in the cost of shipping. Unfortunately,I will not accept responsibility once your package has left my possession and are being handled by USPS. If you are concerned about your package being lost/missing, please contact USPS Customer Service with your tracking number for more information.
ADDRESS CHANGES ON ORDERS
Please be sure that your address is correct in PayPal and Etsy BEFORE you submit payment. I CANNOT CHANGE THE ADDRESS FOR YOU ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, I can only ship to the address that is provided to me.
If a package is returned to me because the PayPal or Etsy address is not correct, you will be responsible for return shipping, and I can't provide any refunds. NO exceptions.
Refunds and Exchanges
When purchasing from our shop, you are agreeing to accept our shop policies.

If you are in doubt of size we are always happy to take measurements for you BEFORE you place your order.
Once the dresses and/or items are ordered, shipped or in the possession of the customer no refunds and no exchanges or returns will be made. No exceptions.
Make sure you are ordering the correct size you need BEFORE your purchase.
Once your order has been placed it cannot be changed. If buyer and seller both agree on a refund after you have purchased an item, be aware that it must be done within 24 hours of purchase. After that, refund requests are not possible.

We treat every customer as we would wish to be treated. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, with the exception of buyers remorse, please contact us immediately to give us the opportunity to rectify the situation and insure a positive business transaction and experience. Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority.
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product if there was an error on our part & send a photo of the error or defect along with your order number when contacting about a replacement.

Customer is held responsible for ALL shipping charges to and from destinations.
You are responsible for sending the item back to us in original condition, in the same box, insured and with tracking, NO later than 5 days of receiving it. We will refund the purchase price MINUS shipping, only if items are returned in PERFECT CONDITION, & we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25%. IF THE ITEM AS BEEN WORN YOU CANNOT & WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS! Once worn, for hygienic purposes, we cannot give you a refund, as we cannot resell the item. Also, once our plastic tagging loops have been removed then the item is no longer returnable. No refunds will be given on orders past certain events, such as Halloween, holidays, birthday, pageant or special occasions.

CROWNS ~ PARTY HATS ~ HEADBANDS & BOWS
Unfortunately, for sanitation reasons, crowns, party hats, headbands & bows may not be returned. All sales are final.

FEATHER DRESSES -
BE AWARE THAT ALL FEATHER DRESSES WILL SHED FEATHERS! NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED FOR FEATHER SHEDDING.
All of our feather dresses are shipped with instructions on how to care for your feather dress, and tips on how to reduce feather shedding.

COLOR ISSUES -
If after you receive your purchase, you think the color of the item you purchased does not look as it did on your computer, please be aware that we strive to take accurate photos and give true item descriptions of each of our listings BUT colors may vary on Computer screens. Photo color might be a little different from the actual product due to color display of different monitors. We will not give a refund for color issues.

Take Special Care of Your Feather Dress!
When you receive your beautiful feather dress you should remove it from its box and give it a good shake, then hang it on a hanger.
And before wearing your custom made feather design, you will want to take some precautions against feather "shedding."
Give the design a few very good shakes. This will not damage your dress.
Repeat this action every time before the dress is worn.
BE AWARE THAT ALL FEATHER DRESSES WILL SHED FEATHERS! NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED FOR FEATHER SHEDDING.

You agree not to hold us responsible for any mishaps that could occur with our products.
Warning: Please do not leave your child unattended when wearing any of our creations. Most have small parts or feathers that can cause a choking hazard.
Parent supervision is advised!

We can put a number on the party hats if you would like. Just message us first. But we do not put Names on our party hats. We don't have the equipment needed to do that.

We are more than happy to take measurements for you BEFORE you make your purchase, if they are not listing in the description of the item. Please message us.

Care instructions

All feather dresses must be dry cleaned. You cannot machine wash or dry them.

Will you ship outside of the United States?
