Shop policies

Welcome to my creations what you will find here are items from my heart and soul. Please enjoy your stop at my shop. I have been crafting all my life and love what I do. There are many that cannot craft and do not wish to so that is why they shop, that is why I have a shop to help those enjoy what they see and what they want so shop away and know that your in a super shop that is 100% honest and will appreciate everything you do and will help you all the way. This is my job and I do work hard at it. I do support my kids college funds with my income.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Paypal is the quickest way to go. I mail same day unless you have not made your payment, or post office is closed or it's a holiday. If you ask me to design something and I put it on RESERVE for you I will only hold it for three days on RESERVE, if your purchase is not made with in the 3 days the RESERVE is lifted so that someone else that has an interest will be able to pick it up. I allow this because I do not ask for a deposit or at least half down up front. So please take note and I do send a reminder also. If you are purchasing an item/pattern from my shop and do not pay for your purchase, I will have to give you a negative feedback as I have to pay fees to list and "sell" items whether or not you pay for them. Also if you convo me and ask for something and do not get back to me after I take the time to respond to you. I will leave you negative feedback sorry but I have run into this and it's just not right. As soon as payment is Clear your items will shipped ASAP..
DUE TO SOME BAD CUSTOMERS. THE FOLLOWING POLICY IS NOW IN AFFECT...
If you pay by money order, your items WILL NOT BE SHIPPED until the money order is cleared. I have had many customers make the purchase then fall off the face of the earth. Which is pretty rude..So items do not get SHIPPED UNTIL money order clears. Also if I you convo me please have the respect to answer when I convo you back. After all it's you that have asked the question..Thanks and hope you find something you like. Come back again soon,.
Shipping
I will ship your item or items ASAP your shipping / delivery if your require insurance that also will be added to your S/D. You must inform me if your want insurance before payment is made as I must tack that on your order. I do package all my items myself and can promise you that is is packaged with great care and fully insured in all cases. Right down the the label incase it rains. Your address is also protected. My knitting needles are sent in Round tubes so that nothing happens to them while being shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100% satisfied with what ever you purchase. So if something is received broken.. You will be notified to send it back I will replace it for you. But you must please contact me immediately so that I am aware of this. If you wait two to three weeks from the time you receive then there is not much I can do for you except maybe help you fix it. Refunds are NO longer given. Once you place your order that is it. If you are not happy with it I will work with you. To make you happy. But the cost will be on you. Sorry but I have to change my policy's due to some problems. So PLEASE be sure it is something you want before you buy.As I no longer give refunds once it leaves my hands it's out of my hands. Thanks for understanding.
