Returns and exchanges
If there has been a mistake done by us let us know. Packages will be ONLY taken back if there was a mistake done by us.( << They have to be unused.)

If you could't claim your package on time and it was sent back to us by post service. As long as we get your package we ship it back to your same address with a new tracking number.

Once you pay for the item there is no refund unless we send you the wrong item.

We DO NOT accept cancellation of your order once it's payed, as we start our work as soon as payment is done.

We are not responsible for custom fees nor the time wasted when item is in our/your country's custom house.

We take no responsibility of postage service. It might be delayed in some circumstances. We can not do anything about it, it's up to them.

We ship to the address you gave us when you bought an item. You can not change it afterwards. We are not responsible if the package arrived when you were away from your house or your country or you moved out.

We ship with the common postage method which we cover the shipping fee. Arriving times depends on where you are from. It might or might not take long time. If you need faster shipment you can always choose FedEx. However you'll have to cover the shipment fee for it.
