Most items are eligible for a full refund if returned within thirty (30) days of originally being shipped. Items MUST be in original, unharmed condition in order to receive a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are concerned about the safety of your order in transit, please request shipping insurance.

Checks, money orders, cashier's checks and PayPal are all accepted forms of payment, though money orders and cashier's checks are preferred.

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to five business days for your order to ship. Due to the delicate nature of ceramics, we take special care to package each order.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including any customs fees/duty taxes and insurance.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for Alchemy or custom orders. Please request a proof or sketch before paying for your order.
