What if there is a problem with my order?

Please contact me ASAP if there is an issue with your order so we can resolve the issue.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, but I only ship international parcels once a week. Thank you for your patience. I am not responsible for any customs fees, lost mail if Registered Mail is not added, and I write the full cost of the items on all posting documentation.

Note: Only a select few items are available for international shipping.

How do you ship items?

I ship charms in a bubble mailer and stickers in a rigid cardboard mailer to ensure it reaches you safely. All orders come with a tracking number.

Will you ship to a different address?

I only ship to the address listed on the Etsy sale receipt unless stated in a note with the order. I am not responsible for the wrong address being written on the recipient's order.

Do you accept returns of exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless it was an error on my part. If you are particularly worried about an item in transit, please also purchase insurance to ensure your item reaches you unharmed.

I put the wrong address! What do I do?

I always send to the address sent to me by Etsy. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct address is provided to me. Please tell me in a note with the order about correcting the address. If the address is wrong, the buyer will have to re-pay for shipping.

When do you ship items?

I only ship on Tuesdays through Friday early afternoon. If you place an item from Friday night to Monday, your item will not be shipped until Tuesday.
