Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
All sales are final, unless you can convince me otherwise.
I except checks and Paypal.
When your check has been cleared with my bank-- only then will I ship your item.
I ship all orders on either Saturdays or Mondays.
I ship USPS and sometime USPS Priority. All my items are packaged with care to make sure that they aren't damaged on their journeys.
I do ship Internationally.
I insure most-but not all my packages.
If you want a tracking number please let me know, because it will cost extra.
