Hello, friend! Thanks for stopping by. Hopefully you've found some sort of treasure in my shop-- if so, congrats!

I want every one of my customers to have a wonderful experience. If you ever have any questions, queries, or concerns, send me a convo!

Returns and exchanges
I generally do not offer refunds. I do my best to give you as many measurements and pictures needed before your purchase. However, if something doesn't work out, or if I did not represent the item well in my description and pictures, I can definitely work something out on a case-by-case basis with you. In the case of a refund, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for shipping.
Payment
I can take pretty much any method of payment, but PayPal is preferred. You have three days from the time of purchase to finalize your payment. If after three days payment has not been made, I will relist the item. Cancellations, if needed, must be done within 24 hours. With anything, if you have any questions or extenuating circumstances, just shoot me a convo asap and we'll work something out together.
Shipping
I ship USPS Priority for larger items, and USPS First Class for smaller items. You should receive your item within approximately one week of payment. If you need your item quicker than that, or if you'd like to insure your item, again, shoot me a convo and we'll work something out.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do come from a smoke-free home, but we are, however, dog friendly. I do keep all clothes clean and Jessie-hair-free, though. :)

As always, remember that handmade and vintage clothing have their imperfections. Flaws and impurities in fabric, stitching, or anything else give a piece character that make them one-of-a-kind! I do my best to describe any flaws that I find (or make), and if you ever have any questions, do not hesitate to ask me anything. :)
