One of my best buying experiences (ebay, etsy, amazon, so on and so forth) online ever! Marie was so consistent and professional to work with. She made much effort to contact me about potential sizing issues with the bracelet when I accidentally forgot to leave my wrist size, and kept me updated the whole way throughout the transaction. I haven't even started with how beautiful the bracelet is! My new favorite! I was immediately taken with it online in the pictures, but it was even more lovely in person! Marie was even nice enough to enclose the matching earrings as a gift for me. I will definitely be buying again!

Welcome and thank you for visiting my shop. I specialize in designing modern jewelry with American artisan lampwork beads, Italian venetian beads and gold, gold filled and silver findings. I search throughout North America and Europe for interesting and unique artisan beads to use in my pieces. All of the jewelry is one of a kind and made with care by me for you. If you need a custom piece for that special occasion, please contact me and I will try to fill your request. I can also resize any of the pieces shown if required.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact me immediately upon receipt of item. If you would like to return the item purchased, this must be done within 3 days of receipt after I have issued a return receipt number for you. I will refund your payment via paypal as soon as I receive the item back.

Payment

When purchasing an item Please pay using the convenient paypl system. You can pay either through your account or with a credit card if you do not have an account with paypal. I prefer this method as it is safe and secure and your personal information is never revealed to me.

I expect to receive payment within three days of purchase. I will contact you as soon as paypal informs me that payment has been made with the shipping details.

Shipping

I send all packages out via USPS First Class Mail, in the United States you can expect to receive your package within 7 to 10 days. I send all packages out with a USPS confirmation number, which I will forward to you for tracking.

If you would like to insure the package please let me know, there will be an additional charge for insurance.

Customer satisfaction is my first priority. I design and create my jewelry with utmost care and hope that you are pleased with your purchase. I can usually customize the length of any piece at your request and will do it at no additional charge. If you ever need a piece restrung, just contact me and I will perform this service at a nominal charge.
