Here at CereusArt Coastal Decor my goal is to keep my customers happy by providing high quality products and services.

Please contact us BEFORE leaving neutral or negative feedback if in the rare chance you are not happy with your purchase. We can discuss and work something out, ultimately, I want you to have a pleasant experience buying from me.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:
I make every effort to pack your items securely with as much protection as possible. I understand that on occasion items are damaged in transit. If you receive a package and suspect that it was damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days. Photos of the damage may be requested. Damage claims are assessed on a case by case basis and I will do my best to provide you with a reasonable solution.

Products need to be in resellable condition, in our original protective packaging, and shipped back at buyer's expense. Your PayPal refund for the item amount will be processed upon receipt of your item(s) in resellable condition.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are custom-made just for you. Returned items cannot be resold and are non-refundable with the exception of defects or damages. I strongly encourage responsible shopping. I trust you to be an informed consumer and spend a few minutes reading item details. Please feel free to ask questions.

At CereusArt Coastal Decor you have a variety of payment methods. You can pay directly from the Etsy site, via PayPal, or by credit card. Rest assured that your payment is secured and your credit card information is confidential.

Orders shipped to Virginia will have 5% sales tax added. (Sorry, fellow Virginians!)

Please make sure that you have the same shipping addresses on Etsy and on Paypal. If not, please specify where the item is to be shipped to. If you need something urgently please let me know.

Use the "message to seller" option if you wish to send any special instructions regarding packaging.

Small packages weighing 13 oz or less like shells or hair accessories ship are usually shipped USPS First Class Mail. Medium packages are normally shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping fees reflect the delicate nature of my items. Shipping fees include inner and outer protective boxes and packaging materials in addition to the actual postage. I use clean recycled materials when I can.

LOCAL CUSTOMERS: I do not provide local delivery.

AK / HI / US VIRGIN ISLANDS:
Items are subject to a surcharge to the stated shipping cost to cover additional shipping rates.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- Buyer is responsible for any duties, customs, and taxes levied by your individual countries.
- Please contact me for details on international shipping prior to completing payment.

CONSIGNMENT:
At this time I am unable to offer orders on consignment.

I would love to create a custom item for you. I will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. Photos will be provided prior to shipment.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY:
At CereusArt Coastal Decor I care about the environment. My shells are considered a by-product of the seafood industry. I do not sell endangered or protected species. I do not sell harvested coral and fully support aquaculture coral.

All items are created in and shipped from Virginia Beach, VA., a town that loves to celebrate with festivals. We're home to the Neptune Festival, the Patriotic Festival, and the Caribbean Music Fest.
