Custom and personalised orders

Unfortunately I do not do alterations, personalisations or custom designs at the moment.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded unless the parcel is returned to us. We cannot refund shipping costs. If you accidentally put an incorrect delivery address when placing your order, please email us as soon as possible so we can put the correct address on your parcel before it is posted. We do our best to help locate parcels which have been sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, but please understand that this can be very difficult unless ‘Tracked and Signed’ delivery was selected, and it is the customer’s responsibility to contact anyone living that the address provided in order to locate the parcel.

Tracked Delivery

A ‘Tracked and Signed’ delivery option is available for an additional cost, and can be selected at the checkout. The estimated delivery times for this service is the same as the Standard Delivery.

Uncollected Parcels

Some orders which are too large to fit through a letterbox or require a signature may be held at a local mail sorting office until the customer can collect the parcel. It is customer’s responsibility to check with the local mail office and collect the parcel. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us after a certain period of time. Once the parcel has been safely returned to us we can either resend the parcel to the customer for an additional shipping fee or refund the value of the items. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to refund the postage in such cases.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you wish to return it, please email us within 14 days of receipt and return the items in their original packaging and condition, securely packaged with proof of purchase. Refunds for your items will be issued once the returned item has been received. We regret we cannot refund postage unless the item is faulty.

Always ask for a Proof of Posting Certificate, as we will need a copy of this should your parcel get lost in the post.
