I received my fishing game several days ago and was very pleased! It is very easy for my one year old to use. It is well made and sturdy enough to handle my Son's tough love. I will definitely order from this shop again!

Payment
Canadian residents: I will accept Interact money transfers to my email address (cerra.at.etsy@gmail.com). If you are interested in this please contact me prior to purchase.

Otherwise I only accept Paypal as there aren't any safe alternatives. I expect payment within 3 days of purchase, as per Etsy's guidelines. If you need more time please let me know so that the items you have purchased don't get cancelled and re-listed.

You do not need to have a Paypal account to use the service. All that you need is a credit card.
Shipping
I ship in recycled materials as much as I can manage. This means that I reuse bubble mailers, boxes and envelopes when I can. Orders will also be packaged inside a cellophane bag for added protection, wherever possible.

I ship from my home and all paper items are always in stock. Paper items are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment, by Canada Post letter-mail, which is usually pretty speedy - usually not more than a couple of weeks, unless you live in an isolated area.

Other items are usually shipped within 48 hours of completion, via CanadaPost AIRmail. These items are made to order and while I do work on orders as they come, it can sometimes take me 1-2 weeks to finish something - especially if it is a large order. This usually guarantees delivery within 3-4 weeks from date of purchase, but can take as long as 6-8. I can do rush shipping for an additional fee. If you don't mind a longer wait I can ship via CanadaPost SURFACE mail - often cutting the shipping cost by 50%. Please contact me with any questions or requests.

Gifts can have a small note added at no extra charge.

If I have overcharged shipping/handling by more than $1 (after taxes, which are not shown in the postage price), I will refund the difference. Unfortunately, shipping from Canada is expensive, though I do always try to fit things through Canada Post's magic slot.

Any additional fees charged at customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Free local pick-up (and possibly delivery) available.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that paper goods are lost in transit and still haven't arrived after 6 weeks (which some international shipments can take), I will resend the item. If something is damaged in transit I will require photographic evidence before a refund will be issued.

If a larger item is lost I will issue a refund after investigation with the postal service (which can take a couple of months).

If for some reason you are not happy with your product once you receive it, please contact me before leaving feedback so that we can try to come to a solution that works for both of us!

All refunds will be for the purchase price only.

Felt creations:

For orders of felt creations, the colours, stitching and/or pattern may vary *slightly* due to differences in monitors, as well as things being handcrafted to order. Many of my patterns are designed by myself (in collaboration with my husband and various friends), some are a creation of http://umecrafts.etsy.com and some are a creation of http://preciouspatterns.etsy.com.

I am willing to do wholesale orders, if you're interested in setting this up please contact me. Unfortunately, I cannot offer large discounts on my sewn goods as I have them priced as reasonably as possible for my individual customers.

For commissions I will require a 50% deposit, with the rest due upon completion.
