I have taken The Honest Vintage Pledge: Everything that I have tagged as vintage in my shop is at least twenty years old or older. I stake my reputation on it. I will never knowingly sell a fake or a repro knockoff to my customers. EVER.
I research each and every garment to the highest extent that I possibly can. Dates and other information are correct to the very best of my knowledge and investigation. Should you have any questions or concerns about any of my items, please do not hesitate for one single moment to contact me!
I examine each item carefully and note any flaws I find, but please keep in mind that all items are expected to have some signs of normal wear (all vintage items are at least 20 years old, after all!)--that's part of the charm of vintage! I spend a great deal of time inspecting items and I take care to note any and all imperfections to the best of my ability; however, I am only human, and in rare instances, I may miss something small. If that should happen, please contact me right away so we can find a way to make things right!
Please keep in mind that all handmade goods are just that--made with my own two hands, and not by machines in a factory. I am as meticulous as possible in assembling each and every item, but I am not a robot! :) Please examine all photos before making your purchase. To assure the most longevity possible, please handle all items with care!

Returns and exchanges
-All items returned MUST come back to me in the condition they were shipped in. If the item has visibly been used, it will not be eligible for a return.
-Return postage is to be paid by the customer. When refunds are given, they will be for the amount paid for the item only, not including the original shipping fee.
Please check measurements on vintage items carefully and feel free to request additional information, photos, etc. "Best Fits" size is strictly a suggestion, but as clothing sizes can vary, always pay close attention to the measurements.
If you feel an item was grossly misrepresented (please provide reasonable evidence), a refund will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has been returned to me in the same condition in which it was shipped.
In the extenuating circumstance of an item being lost or damaged in shipment, please contact me immediately so that we can find a resolution to the problem!
International packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Please note that the delivery time can vary based on not only time in transit, but the time it may spend in the destination country's Customs. I always mark customs labels on packages with 'Merchandise' (or 'Other,' if 'merchandise' is not listed) and attach a copy of the invoice outside the package. I apologize for any inconvenience it may cause, but for legal reasons, I am unable to mark orders as 'gift' items on the customs labels. Additionally, please be aware of any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees you may encounter! Your shipping fee covers only the price of me shipping the item to you.
