The Golden Gurl Shop - The Midas Touch of Etsy

Hi all! My name is Cristina Young and I am the owner/creator/designer/extraordinaire here at The Golden Gurl. I am the mama to 2 puppies, and with the man of my dreams. I am a gurl on a mission to do “all the things” and to live a vibrant, loving life.

The Golden Gurl was born as “CEY Design” in March 2014. Working full time in the software realm, I was lacking sparkle and creativity in my life. I set out to the local craft store, grabbed some sequins and started crafting around my 1 bedroom apartment making a mess. And my shop was born.

The Golden Gurl offers many gold and sparkle filled items to make your home, office, or space transform. We offer sequin hangers, burlap pillows, painted mason jars, mason jar tumblers, gold foil prints and so much more.

This business is so much more to me than just a business, it is something that helps me thrive. My name is Cristina and I am the designer/creator of everything in my shop.

Thank you for your patience, my two hands are working as fast as they can in order to get you your purchase as soon as possible.

If you send me a message please allow 24-48 hours for a response MON-FRI. I work a full time job in Software and from 5-bedtime I am home working on your lovely creations.

On SAT-SUN please give me until the following Monday to get back to you. I try to dedicate the weekends to the love of my life and family.

Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me prior to leaving a negative review. It is very important for me to give you a great purchase experience and I would like to work with you on your purchase if you are unsatisfied. However, please be aware of the following. I am not held liable if you do not read any of my product information in the description including processing time of orders of the items before purchasing

No cancellations, returns or exchanges can be accepted. We are also not responsible for address changes or including a bad address. If an item is returned because of a bad address, I will resend it to you after you have paid for the new shipping.

If any product is damaged while in route to you I will replace the product or refund your money, but you will need to contact me no later than 48 hours after the product has arrived at your doorstep.

Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for replacement.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards and payments made through PayPal.
I will accept payment by check but I will hold the order until I receive the check and it has been cleared by the bank.
I will not start on a design until the item has been paid in full.
Shipping
CLOSED FOR CHRISTMAS ORDERS - WILL RECEIVE AFTER CHRISTMAS.

Your order will ship via USPS.Please read these processing times before purchasing or contact me if you need your item by a certain date. I will ship all items out on first class, or priority shipping. As soon as your shipment is in the hands of a postal carrier, we are no longer in control. The USPS does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number.

If you need a rush shipment, message me and I will try my best to make it happen.
