Returns and exchanges
If your item is damaged, I will repair or replace it at no charge to you. Shipping on returns is payed by the buyer both ways. All returns are refunded less the shipping cost. All chimes are handmade to the buyer. If a chime is not resaleable, due to poor packing, the returnee is charged 40% return fee. If the chime is returned the standard restocking fee is 20% of purchase price. All chimes must be returned in the original box and original packing material. Any claims must be made within one week time period after receiving the chime.
