I put time and care into every item I make and sell, but if your package arrives and the item happens to be broken or is missing pieces we can arrange an exchange.
Payment
After agreeing to buy an item, please pay promptly (preferrably within 24 hours). If I do not receive some form of communication about payment within 48 hours, the sale will be null and void.
If for some reason you decide that you do not want the item purchase to order can be cancelled as long as it has not already been shipped and isn't a custom piece or sale item.
Shipping
If you need a rush on your purchase we can arrange an additional (small) fee for it to be delivered ASAP.
After the item has been shipped, a tracking # will be available upon request.
