Allow me to introduce myself my name is Satya. I am the creater of 'Chakra Amour'.
You will find me teaching classes, festivals & sharing on social media from time to time.
I am a trained & qualified beauty & holistic therapist, a Kundalini Yoga instructor & a trainer, lecturer in higher education. My specialist subject is complementary & beauty therapies.
I have over 25 years experience in holistic & alternative therapies & almost a decade! In my personal practice of Kundalini yoga & teaching.
My knowledge & passion for Kundalini yoga alternative & holistic therapies has encouraged & inspired me into promoting & sharing the importance of well-being & self care.
The Chakras are our energy centers that correspond with our physical & psychological well-being . If they are out of balance & not supported they can affect our well-being. This can result in negative or positive behaviour & in some cases physical discomfort.

The Chakra Amour Vision is inspired by my unique fusion of Aromatherapy, Crystal Therapy & Kundalini Yoga Chakra Anatomy. To encourage a happy body, happy mind!
