In August, I ordered embroidered bags for the bridesmaids in my late October wedding. The bags were supposed to be delivered by October 15th, but I never received them, and the wedding has now passed. The worst thing is that I haven't been able to get in touch with ChamberryCherry to see why I never received the bags. I keep getting an automatic email response that the shop owner is on vacation. I am quite disappointed.

I was very pleased with the quality of the personalized makeup bags that I got for my bridesmaids. They were so cute! Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was a little worried that they were not going to arrive before my wedding, but ChamberryCherry made it happen and I was very pleased with the result!

Custom orders always considered! Like something, but need it to be a little different, just ask! Need something totally fresh and new in design and style---bring it on!
Accepted payment methods
~Custom orders paid in full upon agreement of details. Work will not begin, nor materials ordered or purchased until payment has been made.
~Custom orders will not be changed once design has been agreed upon, unless there is a problem with availability of materials.
~No refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
*********monograms are traditionally first name initial, last name initial, middle or 3rd initial.
Please double and triple check monograms and names when getting a customized item. I can not be responsible for misspelled names or letters given in the wrong order for monograms. I will always confirm and ask you to please make sure it is accurate before starting the project.
I will gladly order special fabrics and custom colors for your custom design, however there will be an add'l fabric and materials fee.
I will ship internationally, just convo me. Due to international shipping charges for priority, delivery-to-door, this option will not be available unless customer pays the full amount. I will not be able to track your order if another choice is used. ***ONCE international packages leave my hands, I am NOT responsible for their arrival----no refunds, no repeat orders---purchase and shipping at your own risk---if you know of a better way, I am open to suggestions for international shipping. In trying to be open and available for a global market, I have run into snags in shipping, delivery and timelines.
Allow 15-20 business days for custom orders. Large or multiple item orders will take longer. Please inquire about timelines, Items will usually ship before that time. Keep in mind, items that are made to order, such as spa wraps, cosmetic bags and monogrammed items, and Christmas stockings will take longer.
If I promise to get items to you by your needed date, please remain patient and tolerant that I will get them to you. I may also ask for more time due to periods of rush business and as long as it fits within your needs. There are also times when I will need to prioritize construction and shipments based on actual wedding dates. I appreciate your understanding and will do my best to meet your timelines. I have used expedited shipping, at my cost, to make sure your orders arrive in time.
