Welcome to Chameleon Designs

Thank you for your interest in my work. All the work you can see here is made by me, Becky Fairclough, in my home studio in Surrey, UK. I have always loved glass and greatly enjoy working with hot glass, both furnace glass and lampwork. I enjoy making beads and jewellery which are frequently influenced by my travels and by the the seasons.

Accepted payment methods

I accept Paypal for payment.
Shipping
I try to ship all items within 2 working days of receiving notification that the payment has been made in full and the funds are cleared.

All items are sent out securely packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Jewellery is gift boxed and beads are gift wrapped.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your items please contact me immediately and I will do my very best to resolve any issues for you.
Items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt provided that they arrive back to me in the same saleable condition as I sent them out. Until the item is returned to me, it is your responsibility so I advise that you use a postage service that will insure you for the value of the items while they are in transit.
Please note that for hygiene reasons it is not possible to exchange or refund earrings
